Lee did a fantastic job! He was reliable, helpful, and offered a very fair rate. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. It’s not easy to find someone this trustworthy and professional—I’ll definitely call Lee again for any future plumbing needs.
I've used Lee many times now. Totally professional service. On time, clean and tidy. Will always be my first point of call. No job too small. Lee has recently unblocked a toilet, replaced a syphon on another toilet. Done an annual service on the boiler and today has replaced a faulty mixer tap valve which was causing pipe hammer. I called Hardcastle plumbing & Heating and from the initial call to the final cleanup, they were professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. They arrived on time, explained the issue clearly. The work was done quickly and thoroughly, and the plumber left the area spotless. I highly recommend Hardcastle Plumbing & Heating and would not use anyone else.

Excellent friendly service and extremely high standard of work. Phoned Lee in a bit of a panic as heating had leaked over the house. Lee was here in 10 minutes and stopped the leak, replaced parts and got our heating back on. Definitely our go-to plumber and heating engineer!
We struggled to find a plumber to turn up and to install our bathroom tap. Lee was so helpful and has since come back to do another job for us. He is reliable and friendly, we wouldn't use anyone else in the future.

Just ensure you have a working kettle!Lee has come to do a few jobs in my flat over the last 2 years, most recently fitted a new kitchen tap and serviced my boiler. Clean and tidy workman too! Everytime he has been here, he's been on time, polite and efficient! Would highly recommend Lee to everyone!
We have used Lee for our plumbing / heating repairs and installations for the last 3 years. Lee installed our under floor heating and plumbing to a very high standard. I'm happy to report we have had no issues at all. We've since have had Lee back to fix older plumbing in our house. Lee is a very skilled and helpful heating engineer, whom I would thoroughly recommend.
I have used Lee for the last 10 years. He has fitted 3 boilers in different properties for me, re-sited boilers and of course serviced them, which he reminds me to do every year! Lee is very fair and well priced, does the job he says he is going to do. Always turns up when he says he will. Have recommended him multiple times
